It's amazing how free, how confident, how loving, and how powerful this practice can be for one self!
Time- 2:30pm to 4:30pm please be on time. I will be there at 2pm in the parking lot with my Love You Better Store on Wheels where you can spoil yourself that afternoon on lotions, potions or toys! YOU GET $10 back in Wanda Cash to spend! I will be in the space and ready for you with snacks by 2:30!

Parking is free and right out front of the door.
What to wear- the comfiest clothes ever! I wear a loose jumper that folds down and flip flops when in the studio, for this pool tho, I will wear biker shorts only, maybe a crop top that I will pop off once in the pool. This is a judge free zone and a safe space to practice this type of meditation together. It is incredibly FREEING! There is something magical about sitting in a room full of women all topless in a non sexual way!!
I cried the first time, it felt so good!
What to bring- bring a pool floatie. 🦋 . If you have crystals, bring a few! If you like to take notes to jot down thoughts..... bring a little notebook! Bring a water bottle! The water will be charged by the sound bath vibrations! Time to hydrate more too. Flushing as much water thru the body as often as possible helps in many ways. Clearer mind. Focused abilities and hydrates the joints in the body to move more freely.
